Perfect for families with spacious accommodations and kitchen stocked with cold drinks. Conveniently situated close to major attractions, making it easy to explore.
The apartment had a noticeable musty smell, likely due to poor ventilation, especially in the Turkish shower, which also lacked sufficient lighting. Noise from neighboring rooms and hallways was disruptive, particularly on the ground floor, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

location could not be better, felt like staying in our own personal apartment in the heart of rome. the kitchen was stocked with water and coffee which was a nice bonus. the decor was tastefully done, really loved it. felt safe and secure the whole time, would totally stay again.
wasn't aware there was no breakfast option. room was a bit small for my liking.

What a gem Crossing Condotti is! The local feasting options nearby are astounding, especially the takeaway pasta from Pastificio Guerra, which is a must-try at just 4.50 euros. Gerald's service really stood out, making us feel right at home with his amazing recommendations.
Despite the beautiful aesthetics of the room, we found an unpleasant musty smell that lingered due to poor ventilation. The noise levels were quite disruptive as well, with guests waking us up during late and early hours.

The room seemed lovely until that dreadful musty smell hit us, ruinng our stay. waking up due to noisy guests was not on my itinerary. i even expected a complimentary gesture after all this inconvenience, but alas, nothing came. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn’t justify it.

Crossing Condotti is a delightful gem in Rome with a fantastic location near the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore the city. The warm hospitality from Gerald made our experience memorable, and the room was both stylish and equipped with nice amenities. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't included, which could be an improvement.

Couple's ideal getaway
The location was perfect, right next to major sights. The personal touch from staff was incredible, especially how Andrea guided us to the best hidden spots for dinner.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still worth every penny.
